Services are normally held each Sunday at 3:15 and follow a traditional style of worship
When there are five Sundays in the month, the four churches unite for a joint service. This is normally held at 11:00 in the Parish church. This is in addition to the 3:15 service.

Urgent work is required to stop the damage to the plaster on the walls. Meetings have been held with architects to determine the best way forward..

Each year the church takes part in the Manx flower festival

St Peter is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Cregneash, a popular tourist attraction on the Island.
Although only small the church has many interesting features including round ‘port hole’ windows, stained glass pictures of local scenes and the millennium monument, which is carved in the Celtic style.

St Peter was the first of three ‘chapels of ease’ constructed in the late 19th century for use within the parish of Rushen. Built by local volunteers to reduce costs, it also served as the local school room. ( only the cancel was consecrated ).
The most resent addition to the church was a toilet for disabled people.
