Welcome to the parish of Rushen

Rushen is the most southerly parish on the Isle of Man, it is also one of the most beautiful, featuring the tourist attractions of Port Erin, Port Saint Mary and Cregneash village.  The parish is in the Diocese of Sodor and Man. The word ’Sodor’ dates back to when the diocese included some of these

Western Isles of Scotland. Now the diocese just covers the Isle of Man, which makes it the smallest diocese within the Church of England.
